Rails support packages for review please

The second is 'sqlite-ruby' which fills the gap in Rails database
connectors. 'libpgsql-ruby', 'sqlite3-ruby' and 'mysql-ruby' all
currently exist in Universe. This would complete the set, and I hope
is fairly uncontroversial. REVU at

The final package is 'mongrel' which is the favoured application
