Hello,

I'm a 21 years old CS student at University of Belgrade, currently at
second year.

When I was a kid I became interested in computers and got my first PC
in 1993. The first time I installed Linux was during 2000. I tried
both Red Hat and Debian, but wasn't able to configure some parts of
the system. So, I returned back to Windows.

I discovered Ubuntu this year in February and installed it. It was
easier to configure everything and I had more skills than in 2000. :).
Now it's the only system I use.

Few months ago I started thinking about contributing to the community.
I began translating packages to Serbian and became a member of Ubuntu
Serbian Translators team. I also like the packaging process and
currently I'm working on few programs, trying to get them in the
repositories. Few days ago I started answering questions on Launchpad
Answers.

I would like to work on packaging and patching programs. I am also
planning to continue my work on translations and answering questions.
Hope to become a MOTU one day. Well, that's about it for now :).

My Launchpad page is at https://launchpad.net/~jazzva. I've signed
CoC. There is also a Wiki page at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Jazzva, but
it is still not finished.

I would like if I could get a mentor to help me here and there with
the packages and patches.

Best regards,
Saša Bodiroža
