  Monodevelop try to write to /usr/lib/monodevelop

Bug description:
  I found that my syntax highlighting theme in
  `~/.config/MonoDevelop/syntaxmodes/' is ignored. I try to see the
  message by running `monodevelop' from terminal, then I got these
  message:
