Public bug reported:
I found that my syntax highlighting theme in
`~/.config/MonoDevelop/syntaxmodes/' is ignored. I try to see the
message by running `monodevelop' from terminal, then I got these
message:
WARNING [2012-03-06 14:24:41Z]: Inotify watch limit is too low (8192).
MonoDevelop will switch to managed file watching.

ERROR [2012-03-06 14:24:49Z]: Can't create syntax mode directory
