I can't reproduce this bug with the newest stable release. I think that
makes sense because the devs fixed a lot of the string matching problems
with "the" and "a" in front of note titles. If you can still reproduce
it, please change the bug status back to confirmed.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: tomboy
I have a note called "illocutionary act". If I write the words
"illocutionary act" in another note, I get a link. But if I write "the
" before the words I get NO link. I'm attaching a screenshot.
Leaving two spaces between the article "the" and the adjective
"illocutionary" results in the note being created. Using any article
other than "the" also allows the note to be created.
