This is by design. Just remove all member from the group. It should no
longer be there after you restart.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-rdp

  In Fedora 14, alien to rpm conversion of 0.3.0.9-1 deb, right clicking
  on a group on the Sessions tab does not allow you to delete it. The
  delete option is there, but nothing happens when you click it.
