In Oneiric I get the following error when logging out (while tomboy is open):
A program is still running:
Tomboy
Not Responding
Waiting for the program to finish. Interrupting the program may cause you to lose work.

  without tomboy the system logout immediately after i push the "Logout" button
  but with tomboy running there is 3-5 seconds delay before the system logged out
