Status in “docky” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: docky

If a dock is placed on the top of the screen and the indicator is accessed in the panel to use volume controls etc. the dock goes underneath the panel.
The dock should always be on top of the panel. Please see the screenshot of the problem.
NOTE:
This occurs when autohide or intellihide is used.
