[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 91718] [f-spot] Sync to SVN for picasaweb changes

Using feisty with latest updates.

Currently it is not possible to export to Picasa Web albums due to some changes in protocol. According to discussion on f-spot IRC channel this has been fixed in SVN.

Please make a package from SVN if possible.
