[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 68577] Re: Banshee freezes on Initializing audio

I am using xubuntu 6.10 and I installed banshee with synaptic. after launching banshee, it freezes while initializing audio.
when lauching banshee in a terminal I can see the warning "cannot connect to network manager" but nothing else, also for me cpu is 0%.
