Public bug reported:

Way back in Bug #33747, I presented an argument for reverting
20_desrt_trayicon_behaviour.patch. It was rejected because it was felt
the modified behavior was improved. However, two of the noted items for
response never occurred:

1. The "old_behavior" gconf key was never documented.
2. The patch was never accepted upstream, even after two new revisions. (0.8.4 then -> 0.8.6 now)

This isn't "more standard" behavior when every other installation of
Muine does it differently...
