[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 33063] Can't upload to flikr.

Description:
Since flikr changed it's upload api I can't upload pictures with f-spot
anymore. There are some new versions of f-spot that have this fixed. Any
change this will be included in dapper? Would be bad to release dapper
with tools that are old and don't work.
