[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 33022] Wrong default assembly references for gtk# 2.0 solutions

Description:
Whenever one creates a new solution for gtk/glade 2.0 in md, the
assembly references are all for 2.4 assemblies. From what I can tell
Ubuntu doesn't have this version.

The result is that these solutions won't build without manually changing
the references in the "edit references" dialog.
