Actually the only action that one needs to do is click on a link in the window not on the side bar.

It doesn't happen at determinable moments nor on specific links.

To recreate I'd suggest you open up monodoc and leave it running as long as you can. Periodically go back to it and click on links in the view panel.

For me the time it takes to crash is anywhere from 10min to 5hrs. I have tried to narrow it down more but unsuccessfully.

The only thing that is consistant is that it *always* eventually crashes on me.
