[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 38747] Crashes when adding a new file to solution

Description:
Monodevelop crashes when creating a new file.

This seems to be a regression in the new version that just came out
(0.9-1ubuntu6) for Dapper.

To create a new file I must now create the file using nautilus or the
touch command and then use "Add File" from the "Solution" panel context
menu.

The output is:

GLib-GObject-ERROR **: file gsignal.c: line 650 (emission_pop): should not be reached
aborting...
