Delete data from obsolete distributions like Ubuntu 23.04 and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

We're working through the backlog of EOL releases which are to be
archived to old-releases. Mantic archival was started last week and
should be done either this week or next. Then Lunar is on the
list. I'll check in our internal communications channel to see if
Trusty is also on the cards.
