Delete data from obsolete distributions like Ubuntu 23.04 and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Hello,

Data from old versions of Ubuntu are still on the mirrors. I am thinking 
for example of Ubuntu 23.04 Lunar Lobster or Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Trusty 
Tahr. These versions have no longer been supported since January 2024 
and April 2024 respectively and have not been removed.

To reduce the environmental footprint of the mirrors, would it be 
possible to move the data to https://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ as 
was done before when a distribution is at the end of its life?

Today the Ubuntu mirror weighs nearly 4 TB. While some data is consulted 
several thousand times per second, others are almost never consulted.
