kr.archive.ubuntu.com power outage problem

Hi, I am one of operators of kr.archive.ubuntu.com/ftp.kaist.ac.kr.

Recently we are having power supply problems, and it seems to take a large 
amount of time to recover power failure. During the meantime, we are 
requesting the other Korean mirror server, ftp.daum.net to point 
kr.archive.ubuntu.com. We will contect after recovering power problem.

Because our contact address is an internal mailing list, I am adding this as 
CC address.
