continous rsync timeout errors

For the tr.archive mirror, we are  syncing from archive.ubuntu.com. But 
lately we started getting very frequent timeout errors. Does anybody 
experience similar errors on archive.ubuntu.com?

The other mirror processes on the same machine work fine, so I assume 
the problem is not localized to our mirror.


The rsync error we get ------------------------------------------
