[Fwd: mirror info]

Hi,

I am still rsyncing from rsync://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu, and I am
getting a very slow transfer rate.

I have been looking through the website to find an alternative server to
rsync from, and haven't seen one.  Can anyone suggest one that might be
faster than 20kB/s?  We are on CA*net and can often get over 100MB/sec
from other universities/research institutions.

We have a nice open source mirror running here, and I'd like to add
Ubuntu.  Our mirror is http://mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca

I'm currently rsync'ing the package archive mirror, and it might be nice
to have our mirror posted on your mirror page, as I see there is only
one listed for all of Canada.  Let me know what information you need
from us.
