Hi Maria,

I understand this situation, and I agree that you take back the CD or
you let him destroy it.

My sister (working for Fedex) explain me that it's not only the customs
fault but TNT Morocco. TNT Morocco don't do the work correctly like this
he can charge 100 Dirhams (10€) par day. I don't know if we can avoid
TNT next time.

I'll inform the Moroccan team about.
