Yep, 

- first edit as root: /etc/default/grub
- Add acpi=off at the end of the line number 9, example in my case: 

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash radeon.modeset=0 pci=use_crs
acpi=off"

P.S: by default is only "quiet splash"

- run as root update-grub
- reboot

And test
