[UCLP] Suggestions for next user day

I think that the naming and publicity of the event (in fact all the open
IRC events we do) need a bit of a tweak. It isn't just some classroom
sessions on IRC, it is one of the worlds biggest free software
conferences, that just happens to take place on the internet in text
mode. It should be more conferenceish in a number of ways, for example
starting with a really great opening keynote address.
