Well I think it mostly makes sense but I will note that it may cause 
confusion. Typically people consider "done" and "complete" as the same 
thing and so we'll have to make sure to note that we use them a tad 
differently. Or perhaps it'll be easier just mark courses as "Converted" 
and leave it at that?
