[UCLP] New development branch

Hey Team,

I've created a new launchpad development branch:

lp:ubuntu-learning-materials

In the project:

https://code.launchpad.net/ubuntu-learning-materials

It includes the systems-admin course and templates. The four people I
know why are making courses should start by checking out the branch and
seeing if you can add to it.

It's set to be creative comments for multi-media.

Elizabeth - Ubuntu Desktop Introduction Class
BiosElement - Teaching, Course Creation Class
Bodhizazen - Doing some Desktop course investigation
Me, Martin - Making the Systems Administration Course

Anyone else? I'll push the ownership of the launchpad project to the
ubuntu-learning-board once we've got more in place.
