[Ubuntu Leadership] Let's Reboot This Team (Again)!

Hi,
well before RL took him out of the loop, a certain guy was asked to write
up a paper[attached]. I do think he posted it up, but time flows and things
change. The Author of this is back as a GC for linuxpadawan[1] and will
take on restricted duties (a few hours a week) for teams / padawans.
Those who know him, will see his style :) For the Others he is "the
lion"[2]
