Thanks for picking this up! Amber Graner and David Wonderly were the
main drivers on this project until their efforts were channeled
elsewhere. I was brought on as a Community Council member who could
give input on how various teams in the project organize/lead
themselves and to help identify leaders who could participate.

The wiki for the project needs a pretty massive overhaul regarding who
to contact and once the goals of the team are worked out again with
new blood.

In case folks aren't aware, the leadership handbook for LoCos was the
main push for this team and the in progress draft is here:

We can to continue the work here (and edit link is on the wiki), or we
can move to a manual-style project if we want to go that route.
