[Ubuntu Leadership] New Member Introduction and Some Ideas

All,

I'm Svetlana Belkin, a new member and in this e-mail I have some ideas
for this team/project.

I know you guys are not active but I think it's the right time to get
this team and project off the ground since it was brought up in the last
vUDS[1].  But since Jono Bacon now doesn't work for Canonical, I think
it's up to this team/project to produce the content.  When I subscribed
to the list, I saw that you started some projects.  I think we start
with them and add to them if needed.

I also saw that you have a leadership handbook for the LoCo's.  I think
that can written and also worked on with the Ubuntu Manual project/team.

I reported a IDEA bug in the community.ubuntu.com requesting pages
on leadership [2].  Maybe once we have content, that content can be on
that page.

My last idea is one that deals with the vUDS.  I was thinking of doing
some idea of a leadership panel track of five members of different teams
and they can talk about how to be a leader in their team.  They can also
answer questions that people on IRC have.

I hope this team can get off the ground again and help new leaders.
