[Ubuntu Urdu] From where to start (A Beginner)

Hi,
   I m very happy that i am a part of this team, i want to translate Debian Installer in Urdu, this is my goal. I want to know, from my expert members of team, that form where i should start, what are the PO file needed for its translation, definately i want to go further step by step, SO giude me so that i may follow the right track
