I second sethu's suggestion of addressing scim & skim as *scim=சிம் ,
skim=ஸ்கிம் *
But unlike in english, where the same pronounced words are differentiated by
letter variations (for eg:  sim & scim have same pronounciation, but differ
by their spelling), in tamil, we have same spelling for both sim & scim.

To overcome this problem can we use like *ஸ்**சிம் ??*
