Well I have been using SKIM directly in Kubuntu rather than Ubuntu till
last week. I had a problem in inputting text in the text input area of
Kbabel.

Well it did worked well while entering the file name etc., in KBabel
itself, but whenever i tried to do some translation in the related area,
the cursor will keep on blinking.. I have lost that environment... and
now in ubuntu :-)

Will try to create the same environment and send u the screen shots
asap... may b tomorrow...
