   ask for an extension. if that is not done the file will go back to the wish
   list.
   3. once the file is finished preferably it should be gone through by a
   more experienced person for QA
   4. once that is done either the person who did the trans or the QA
   person will upload the file.

as far as i can see this is the only workable way though not ideal.
