one can edit that from windows as well using PO editor.
in gnome using gtranlator.
of even gedit is fine though a bit laborious but some may prefer it.
i suppose we get files and do the translation and send it back.
it gets verified with another persona nd the group leader gets is
back. he will do the cvs config.
that is my understanding but i dont know what ramadoss has planned he
has asked for suggestions. give yours.
