New template of checkbox get imported

Пункт 33 и 34 - Процедура называется одинаково (разблокировка), но проверка
разных вещей - в одном случае разблокировки экрана , а в другом вход в
систему. Толи разработчики малость "тормознули", толи так и задумано?
