[Ubuntu-l10n-eng] Top/Bottom Posting [WAS: Hello to en_GB team]

Surely it's more about editing the post properly, top or bottom.

To me it's a bit like asking of you scrunch or fold. Who cares as long as
it's neat, tidy and gets the job done ;)
