There probably is, but it's quite intuitive. First email Malcom and ask for
his Greasemonkey script for Rosetta, which will help a lot. Then bookmark
this page And You're Done (R).

There's not much of an official one; generally we post on this list and
follow others' advice when we aren't sure. Translate that as Hash (#) IMO.
