덧붙임: libera.chat 쪽 공지[1]에는 '서비스가 언제 돌아올 수 있을 지 알 수 없음' 이라고 하니, 서비스가 다시 올라오는 걸 기다리는것보다 한동안 다른 연결 루트를 사용하시는 편이 차라리 나을 것입니다.
