This is Fumihito, admin of jp.archive. I'd like to report that we
(jp.archive) have an issue in mirror freshnes/availability due to
technical matters.

We'll recover in a few days, however, please use other mirror servers
as a temporary workaround when you need the latest updates.
Note that this matter doesn't affect security updates because they
will be provided from another channel, security.ubuntu.com in typical
configuration.
