PSUT Event

They need to know what do we want to call the event. Maybe "Open Source
Seminar" for the first event, and "Ubuntu Loco Day" for the second one. Any
suggestions?

Do we have any brochure / pamphlet / poster designs from previous events
that we can reuse here?

Head of CS already agreed to let Canonical use the university mailbox to
receive the CDs at, but we need to run it through the dean as well. Tomorrow
morning I'll have the word on that.

Where can we create large number of copies from Ubuntu and Revolution OS? I
remember seeing a 5-disc burner in the install fest we held at mojama3 el
naqabat. Based on previous events, how many do you think we should make?

Nasim Al-Tamimi (pre-event setup)

Anybody who wants to sign up, please do. Once we know final count, we'll
finalize who will do what. The event is in 10 days, so we'll wait for 2 days
for any additional sign ups.
