  OK, I just got confirmation from PSUT for the event as detailed above. They need to know how many people we'll be bringing for each event, any posters we can provide (soft copy), and a general outline for the activity.

  April 9th: 2-hour session presenting open source, philosophy, history, viability, etc.
  April 10th: Full day(?) install fest. What do we need from the labs? How many people coming to help with this?

  Anything else i'm missing out?
