[ubuntu-it] problemi con xorg

Durante la notte ho lasciato acceso il pc
suppongo sia andata via la corrente.
Il giorno dopo il monitor non va + di 1024x768
nonnostante io abbia un monbitor crt  che fa 1600x1200
anche cambiando i parametri di x  in xorg.con nulla da fare
suggerimenti ?allego la configurazione di xorg,
a dimenticavo ho una schda video matrox g 550 .
