Election of the 2019 May Ubuntu IRC Council ended, results available.

Hello all,

The election for 3 seats on the Ubuntu IRC Council has ended. The
official link to the CIVS results can be seen at [1].

The following is a summary; full details are available at the link in [1]:

1. Unit193  (Condorcet winner: wins contests with all other choices)
2. hggdh  loses to Unit193 by 9–4
3. Tm_T  loses to Unit193 by 12–3, loses to hggdh by 11–4
4. bdw  loses to Unit193 by 12–2, loses to Tm_T by 8–7
5. Wild_Man/wildmanne39  loses to Unit193 by 12–3, loses to bdw by 7–5

As such, Unit193, hggdh, and Tm_T are confirmed for the 3 seats
available. Thanks to bdw and Wild_Man for participating.

We would like to point out that another election, for the two
remaining seats (currently occupied by Flannel and el) should happen
before the end of 2019.
