Heya folks!

We had our first meeting of the year and I think it was a good one.

We are happy to welcome Robert Wall (rww) back to the ops team. We are 
also happy to welcome a new op Rob Tongue (phunyguy) to the ops team.

The IRCC also has a new Chair person, IdleOne. We will be rotating chair 
person every now and then or not. Going with the flow.
