Never underestimate the value of simply having an IRCC member send a
PM to the reporter of the issue saying "hey, just wanted to let you
know we received your complaint about $op, and I will be working with
them to improve our users' experience in the future".  Even if we
don't say what's being done, just having someone from the Council say
"I got this" seems helpful to me.
