ubuntu-bots/ubottu bzr branch location change

This is just a note to everyone who uses the ubuntu-bots Bzr branch for
the ubottu plugins. The previous branch of
lp:~tsimpson/ubuntu-bots/tweaks is no longer the master branch, from now
on development will go on in lp:~ubuntu-bots/ubuntu-bots/devel

If you want to update your current branch to the new location you should
run the following command from the branch directory:

bzr pull --remember
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/%7Eubuntu-bots/ubuntu-bots/devel/
