Sorry if this is a repeat. I seemed to have been logged out half way
through the send so I don't know if it made it or not...

Wouldn't it be much easier to just have a section in the Wiki for each
user that has the times they're generally available? Or even just a
single page that lists them all? If it doesn't then perhaps a single
page with a table for each timezone they're available for and a second
column for the channels they're an operator in.

That's just my KISS idea after reading what's been going on in this
list.
