Stepping down from the IRC team

Guys,

If this is a genuine issue - which is sounds like it is, call it out, if
you feel some ops have the wrong attitude/path call it and why - lets
discuss it openly rather than through clouded "some ops have this"
"others upheld the spirit" etc, from a personal point I'm very open to
critisism and from a team point I don't see why not, but if there is
going to be a moan, then lets be frank about it call it out. If a
mailing list is not the most appropriate place, which it probably isn't
due to how public it is, then lets maybe get together for an IRC meeting
and chat it through.
