Call for comments on IRCC nominees

Hi kids (oh why that comes automaticly... (;)

quick comments about few of candidates/nominees, not in any particular
order (and I'm lazy to think about everyone, sorry):

Topyli is perhaps not most vocal or visible of our ops, but in my
experience he has very good patience and will to think thru
Nalioth should be familiar to us all, he has seen a lot, and his
experience is always valuable, in IRCC or as "just an op" (:)
tsimpson, I think I have seen him coming in to our channels and evolve
over the years, has good touch with user support

I wish I could help more on this matter...
