I think you are misunderstanding this a little here, I'm going to give you
my take on things and hope that helps.

Your comments are welcome, and I do believe the issues you have raised, most
if not all will have a revision.

Definitely not. As I said above, I think most of those issues you have
raised will have a revision, I just havent had time to get to it yet to
suggest/change items and ask for wording approval. This is why I asked you
specifically for wording suggestions.

I think its extremely important we get an IRCC into place as soon as
possible. This is not to say that then the discussion will be held solely by
the IRCC and CC, but allows the IRCC to move on other things that need to be
sorted on an ongoing basis and are not included in the changes to the
charter, such as dispute resolution duties.

I guess the way I would put it is that the CC is saying to the new IRCC,
Hey, we are still working on the charter and you are welcome to be involved.
However, its not quite finalised yet, so somethings might change.
