Ubuntu bot contacts

Hello everyone,

The Ubuntu bots team would like to get the contacts for each bot in the
ubuntu namespace listed in one location, for easy contact of the bot
maintainer if there is a problem or question.

If you are a bot owner, we would ask you please fill in the details for your
bot on: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBots/Contact

Just for clarification, this is not an invitation to bring your own bots
into the ubuntu namespace, just a collection of data of the bots that
already exist.
